Our mission at ROONEY & ROONEY is to provide you with excellent legal services.  Whether your legal problem is an accident, injury, or business matter, we will provide you with a free consultation to give you a clear understanding of the options available to you under the law.  We have helped hundreds of clients in over forty years of combined legal experience.  Our goal is to serve you.  As trial lawyers, we are on your side.  We will answer your questions in ways you can understand.  We will guide you through the often complicated legal process.  Most cases settle before trial, but if yours doesn't, we will be there right with you every step of the way.

          We handle accident and injury cases on a contingency fee basis and typically advance the costs so that there is no cost to you until we settle the case (if you agree) or win the case at trial.  If there is no recovery, there is no fee.

          We handle business matters on a billable basis for the most part, depending on the type of matter it is.  In some cases, for example, a securities or consumer fraud case, the laws of both Pennsylvania and New Jersey allow for the recovery of fees and costs from the responsible parties. In some billable cases, we may include a backup contingency provision in the fee agreement.
